If you are locked out of your Instagram account, there are a few steps you can take to try to get back in. Unfortunately, if you are unable to reset your password or contact Instagram support, there is not much else you can do. In these cases, it is likely that the account has been taken over by someone else and there is no way to get it back.
If this happens, you will need to create a new account and start from scratch.
